Charities
All profits from this event will be donated to two charities who are doing incredible life-changing work in the local community:
Younger People With Dementia

YPWD is a charity offering life-changing support to people diagnosed with young onset dementia (YOD) – dementia that affects individuals under the age of 65, sometimes as young as 30.
Founded in 2012 to fill a critical gap in care, YPWD provides tailored family support, workshops and activities (which include several music choirs) that help people regain confidence, independence and purpose. Operating across Berkshire, Surrey Heath, North East Hampshire and Farnham, YPWD brings connection, understanding and hope to those living with YOD and their loved ones.
The Music Club

Based in Wallingford, The Music Club provides educational, out-of-school activities for children and young adults with disabilities and additional needs living in South Oxfordshire. The club uses music and movement activities to bring fun, play and leisure for disabled children and young people, and their families who may be at risk of social isolation and exclusion.
The Music Club has been running since 2009 and currently supports over 70 families, hosting a live monthly session, as well as three online sessions every week. Through their regular meetups, they have created a strong & supportive community which helps to reduce isolation and facilitate essential peer support for both carers and children. The charity’s work supports the mental and physical health of children and young people and promote their engagement with society and with the environment.
